Good hotel. The check in is quick. The hotel was so full. I got the room very far from reception. Good part is that they build Good connection, can walk from inside. Room is good, spacious and luxurious.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende im Hotel. Besonders das Essen und der Service waren ausgezeichnet – hier gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Auch der Wellnessbereich hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen, allerdings gibt es im Innenbereich noch Luft nach oben. Ein großes Manko war, dass das die Duschen in der Wellnessanlage nicht immer richtig funktionierte. Teilweise war es viel zu heiß eingestellt, und es wäre ideal, wenn man die Temperatur selbst regulieren könnte. Zudem gab es einige technische Defekte an Stellen, an denen warmes Wasser kommen sollte, kam es nicht richtig oder gar nicht. Ich habe bewusst darauf geachtet, und es war leider kein Einzelfall. Ein weiterer Punkt, den wir schade fanden: Für Bademäntel im Standard Zimmer musste extra gezahlt werden. In einem Wellnesshotel hätten wir erwartet, dass diese im Preis inbegriffen sind in anderen Van der Valk Häusern war das bisher immer der Fall. Insgesamt war es trotzdem ein schönes Erlebnis, aber mit ein paar Verbesserungen könnte der Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestaltet werden.

de rolstoel aangepaste kamer is erg duur 155,- per nacht. Ja staat inderdaad op de site vermeld. deze kamer zou de enigste zijn welke geschikt was voor vriend in rolstoel, vanwege de maten van deuren en ruimtes maar waarom dan deze combi met juist extra dure kamer. het ging niet om het bubbelbad en stortdouche. ook niet om uitgebreid tv pakket en allerlei extra's ik had top ervaring van aangepaste kamer in hotel Eindhoven. je zou denken dat deze standaard ook telt voor Gilze rijen op de site zie ik nieuwe kamers staan met naar t lijkt grotere afmetingen. na telefoontje vanmiddag niets wijzer geworden als dat wat we boeken zo op site staat. door personeel terplekke opgelost, maar slechte start. Bed werd verhoogd d.m.v. klossen. de 2 bedden werd los van elkaar gezet en opnieuw opgemaakt. ik zou het niet goed hebben vermeld bij de boeking, en er waren juist gasten die dubbel bed fijner vinden. zal best maar niet altijd praktisch niet mijn keuze voor nogmaals hier te slapen eten en rest in hotel is top dat dan weer wel

Mooi hotel met veel faciliteiten. Hygiëne in de kamers kan wel iets beter was erg stoffig. Matrassen liggen erg hard als je ＜ 60 kg weegt. Ook de kinderen hadden de volgende dag last van spierpijn. Verder vriendelijk personeel die je een hartelijk welkom heten.

Het hotel heeft goede faciliteiten en de kamers zijn ook prachtig. Wij hebben dit hotel al een keer eerder bezocht en daarom zijn wij weer teruggekomen. Ik weet niet of ik de wellnesstuin in de winter aan zou raden omdat het bad best koud was. (In de zomer was dit niet het geval)

Een heel fijn hotel die zoveel faciliteiten te bieden heeft dat je de deur niet uit hoeft. Een wellness, zwembad, bowling en ******, voor iedereen is er wat te doen. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en een ruime keuze. Het diner ‘s avonds viel ook enorm in de smaak, vooral de buikspek vooraf vonden wij heerlijk! Na het diner nog even ontspannen in de wellness maakte hem compleet. Wij komen zeker terug!
